Positions available are:

• Financial Analyst I Prepares, analyzes and reports key financial information. Develops standard/ad hoc reports to support the needs of the enterprise.

Job Details

This position is Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM- hybrid work

Responsibilities:

• Prepares, analyzes and communicates key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
• Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
• Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Completes special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field such as Math, Computer Science or Data Analytics.
• A High School diploma/GED and four years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements.
• An Associate's degree and two years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements

Certifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.

Complexity of Work:

• Requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
• Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.

Work Experience: Financial Analyst I):

• One year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience preferred.
• Offset: High School diploma/GED and four years of experience.
• Offset: Associate's degree and two years of experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
• In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
• In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
