Responsibilities

• Analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and provide guidance to help clients optimise financial performance and decision-making.
• Specialise in corporate finance, treasury management, and commodities advisory services; work with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and advise on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions.
• Grow as a strategic advisor by leveraging influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results; motivate and coach others; solve complex problems; apply sound judgment and escalation when needed.
• Solve through complexity, communicate how things fit together, and contribute to high-performing, diverse and inclusive teams.
• Demonstrate strong professional and technical standards and adherence to PwC guidance, code of conduct, and independence requirements.

• Craft clear, impactful messages and tell a holistic story; apply systems thinking to identify problems/opportunities; validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback.
• Lead teams through ambiguity and challenging situations; stay current with expertise; initiate open coaching conversations at all levels.
• Make difficult decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness; monitor workloads and provide candid, timely feedback; collaborate with a global team.
• Apply operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboard design, benchmarking, and standard industry practices; advise global organizations through transformations from strategy to execution.
• Manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously; demonstrate commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities and create proposals.

Experience and Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformation and/or technology enhancements; or selling/implementing technology solutions for finance and treasury; or working directly in a corporation performing core treasury or IT activities.
• Preferred Qualifications: MBA; CPA, CTP, or CFA; TMS vendor certifications; experience with Treasury Management Systems and payment tools (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, Ion, Trax, HighRadius, Bottomline).

Knowledge and Tools

• Knowledge of bank connectivity options (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting); global liquidity management techniques (pooling, in-house banks, payment factories, multilateral netting).
• Proficiency with Microsoft (Teams, Power BI, MS Office), Google Workspace, and business intelligence tools; exposure to Alteryx, Tableau, RPA tools, machine learning/AI.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders; strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.
