Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness, and Stronger U is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Develop and maintain detailed financial forecast and budget models in collaboration with brand leaders, the VP of FP&A and the Enterprise FPA team.
• Provide the brand leadership team with financial insights to drive operational strategies that enhance business growth and profitability.
• Partner with the Data and Analytics team to deliver Monthly Business Review (MBR) that is timely and insightful including analysis of performance drivers, risks, and opportunities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Define and monitor KPIs and track business trends to guide decision-making and operational improvements.
• Support various business teams on an ad hoc basis with ROI modeling, pricing analysis, and scenario planning for new initiatives, investments and partnerships.

Operational & Commercial Partnership

• Collaborate with departmental leads and operational teams to gather inputs and assumptions for planning cycles and strategic initiatives.
• Support business case development with financial modeling for new initiatives, investments, and partnerships.
• Validate financial data in partnership with accounting and data teams, ensuring accuracy across actuals, accruals, and adjustments to the P&L and cash flow statements.
• Contribute to the implementation of a new ERP and NSPB budgeting and forecasting by supporting financial process integration and system configuration.

Process & Systems Ownership

• Own core finance systems, models, and reporting tools to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Drive process improvement and documentation around budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Review and validate team outputs to maintain high quality and accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between assigned business units and the shared services finance team to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.

Strengths and Background

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including planning, operations finance, and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recurring reporting cycles independently and effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-finance audience.
• Experience in a multi-entity or platform environment strongly preferred (private equity or multi-brand operator a plus).
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives to support business performance and transformation.
• Strong Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills required; experience with PowerBi and/or Tableau a plus, with a desire to continue to develop skills in new technologies.

Work Schedule Purpose Brands LLC, currently observe the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), and Seattle (WA) offices:

• Remote optional: Wednesdays and Fridays
• On-site days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
