Overview
Location: Anywhere in Country. EY is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect Revenue Cloud at Manager level in Tech Consulting. This role focuses on delivering Salesforce.com implementations across project phases with a client-first perspective to drive on-time and on-budget delivery. Most time is embedded with client teams to help clients innovate and stay competitive in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
- Establish procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading conversations with audiences at all levels.
- Ability to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes with the client.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM and multiple end-to-end implementations; Salesforce integration experience and familiarity with middleware tools.
- Deep experience with Salesforce components (APEX, APIs, AppExchange, and related tools) and hands-on configuration experience (workflows, approvals).
- Ability to lead solutioning and design of the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and future state.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities; ability to work with developers to define specifications for custom code or data migration.
- Ability to create and manage project timelines and economics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; risk identification and mitigation planning; change management support.
- Application and tool analysis; cloud computing architecture; cybersecurity and privacy architecture; complex problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Building and managing relationships; effective communication with impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
- Typically 4–6 years of relevant Salesforce.com experience leading teams of 5+ people, with hands-on configuration and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading conversations at all levels.
- Relational database concepts familiarity; self-starter able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Salesforce.com certifications; willingness to travel based on client needs.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred.
