Requirements for this Finance Director role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field
• 15+ years of finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in an inventory or product-based company

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning with overall goals.
2. Provide detailed financial reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
3. Oversee financial reporting activities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
4. Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and meet financial obligations.
5. Collaborate with procurement and production to optimize costs and inventory control.
6. Lead pricing strategies to reduce waste and improve profit margins.
7. Support production, inventory management, and pricing with cost analysis.
8. Set strategic goals and make data-driven decisions.
9. Provide insights on growth, product development, and expansion opportunities.
10. Assess and manage financial risks, including inventory, operational, and market risks.
