Job Summary

As a Field Service Representative I, you will be on the front lines of customer service, providing expert on-site support on company's isolator systems. Your key responsibilities will include preventative maintenance, calibration, and requalification services, all while upholding our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires extensive travel and a high degree of autonomy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and requalification services on SKAN isolators at customer sites.
• Execute and maintain detailed, GMP-compliant documentation and generate accurate service reports.
• Interact professionally with customers and internal teams, maintaining a high standard of communication.
• Efficiently manage a demanding schedule, coordinating travel, reporting expenses, and ensuring timely job completion.
• Submit comprehensive punch and findings lists upon job completion to facilitate swift follow-up actions.
• Support business growth by actively promoting company's service contracts, maintenance plans, and consumables.
• Develop core competencies by attending company's academy training within the first six months of employment.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education (Associate's degree, technical certificate, or relevant college coursework) is preferred.
• PLC experience required, e.g. Allen -Bradley and Siemens
• Prior field experience with requalification and/or experience in a heavily regulated industry (e.g., cGMP) is highly desirable.
• Proven technical aptitude with hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Exceptional self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively (approximately 90%), including overnight stays and occasional weekend or holiday work.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with potential total first-year earnings of $75,000 to $85,000 . Our package includes:

• Total Earnings: Up to $75,000 to $85,000 in your first year, comprising a competitive hourly rate plus overtime.
• Vehicle Allowance: $880 per month car allowance, provided as taxable income. While a significant amount of travel will be booked through corporate channels, you will use your personal vehicle for local travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
• Corporate Card: A company credit card will be provided for all necessary business-related bookings, including hotels, food, flights, and rental cars.
• Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage are available from your first day of employment, with employee contributions currently around 10% of the premium.
• 401(k) Plan: Eligible after three months of employment, with a 100% company match for up to 6% of your salary. Matching funds are deposited monthly, with immediate vesting.
• Bonus Program: You will be eligible for a bonus program (not guaranteed). At 100% achievement of company group goals, an additional month's salary is paid in June of the following year.
• Paid Time Off: 15 paid vacation days to start, with additional days earned after three and eight years of service. You will also receive nine observed standard holidays per calendar year.

Our Interview Process

3. On-Site Assessment in Raleigh, NC: Final candidates will be flown to our Raleigh facility. This stage includes:
