Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Document and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care. Communicate effectively with family. Be comfortable with caring family providing cameras in the home.

Requirements

Must be a female caregiver with a passion for helping others. Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Reliable transportation to travel within Arlington is required. Must pass background checks and meet health requirements. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude are crucial for success in this role.
