Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Fastener Cleaning - Treating Operator to join their team. As a Fastener Cleaning - Treating Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fastener Cleaning - Treating Operator

Location: Tyrone, PA

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Setup, operate, and continually load/unload various machines associated with fastener parts cleaning and treatment operations.
• Maintain the flow of parts into and out of equipment efficiently and timely.
• Transport materials through the department using powered lift trucks and manual means.
• Perform general departmental maintenance including machine cleaning and quality checks.
• Accurately perform and record results of Quality Control Tests on parts being heat treated.

What's Needed?

• High School Graduate or GED desired.
• Experience operating and/or maintaining machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Mechanical ability to make adjustments to machinery for maximum efficiency.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to personal safety and following all safety requirements.
