Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a full-time family medicine physician for a startup practice in South Chesterfield, VA.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our growing healthcare team in Chesterfield, VA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors, in a collaborative and supportive environment. Details:

• Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with an option for a 4-10 schedule
• See a mix of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Approximately 22 patients per day, depending on patient need after ramp-up period
• Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities based on wRVU productivity, quality goals, and collaboration with APCs
• 35 days of ATO annually, front-loaded
