Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Pay Rate - $26/hr. - $32/hr.

Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for managing all mechanical systems, including large commercial equipment and rooftop HVAC units, across several commercial buildings within a confined area. The role includes performing maintenance duties at office buildings downtown and handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing repairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain mechanical systems, including large commercial equipment and rooftop HVAC units.
• Perform maintenance duties at commercial buildings and office buildings downtown.
• Conduct Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing repairs.
• Ensure the upkeep and functionality of HVAC systems in designated locations.

Essential Skills

• Experience with HVAC systems and facilities maintenance.
• Hands-on maintenance of commercial HVAC units with 1+ years of experience, preferably 3+ years.
• Knowledge of chiller and boiler systems is highly preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr. They offer health, vision and dental benefits. They also offer trainings.

This is a fully onsite position in Overland Park, KS.
