Compensation: $29.18 - $39.24/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot advanced electrical systems
• Engage in PLC programming
• Build and install electrical control packages
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair networking systems
• Repair and troubleshoot production equipment
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Utilize the MRO system effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Document daily tasks in both paper and maintenance management systems
• Manage inventory parts for equipment repairs
• Identify operational problems and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read and write in the primary language used for technical documentation
• Knowledge of hand and power tools with the ability to select appropriate tools for tasks
• Willingness to participate in HAZMAT membership
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team
• Commitment to complete relevant educational courses related to automation and control systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance
• Two-year degree related to the maintenance field
