The successful candidate will clearly communicate potential treatment to patients and the doctor to ensure we provide the best care. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care
Ensure No Patient is Left Behind and coach patients to increase dental knowledge and enthusiasm about dental care
Build long-lasting, trusting relationships with dental patients
Help patients look forward to seeing the dentist

Qualifications

Active NJ Dental Hygienist license
SRP (Scaling and root planing) experience and high comfort level
Current CPR/BLS certification (obtain on the job if not)
Integrity and dependability
Results oriented and commitment to the highest standards of patient care
Team player with a big heart and a can-do will-do attitude
