Are you a dedicated clinician with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of others? As a Mental Health Professional, you'll play a vital role in supporting the well-being of individuals by providing screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including brief therapy.

Working within the framework of licensure standards and state and federal regulations, you'll help individuals served navigate their mental health journey with dignity, support, and expert care. Your work will be instrumental in promoting healing, resilience, and recovery in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Individualized Treatment Deliver care tailored to the age and developmental needs of each individual, ensuring services align with best practices.

• Deliver Individual & Group Therapy Facilitate therapeutic services in accordance with established clinical performance standards.

• Conduct Assessments & Crisis Interventions Complete required assessments and provide crisis intervention services as needed.

• Document Timely & Accurate Progress Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and individual progress in line with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate on Multidisciplinary Care Plans Actively participate in treatment planning and discharge coordination as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Required: Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology or other mental health discipline.

Experience:

• One (1) year of experience in a mental health treatment program, preferably in a secure or hospital setting.
• Preferred: Two (2) years of experience with the population served.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Required: Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist).
