Title of Position: Executive Director Reports to: Owners of the Woods Alexander Group, LLC (WAG), Mckhenzie Conque (WAG Integrator)
Location: Albuquerque, NM

The Integrator has the ability to harmoniously integrate the major functions of the business, run the organization, and manage the day-to-day issues that arise. They are the glue that holds the people, processes, systems, priorities, and strategy of the company together.
Job Responsibilities:

Running the day-to-day

• Accountable for the profit and loss of the company and the development and execution of the business plan
• Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
• Removes obstacles so that people can effectively execute their responsibilities

The steady force

• Ensures organizational clarity by maintaining open communication across the organization
• Makes decisions and assists in issue resolution; serves as the tie-breaker within the leadership team
• Maintains organizational priorities guided by the Visionary and ensures that everyone is aligned on those priorities and working in a manner consistent with our core values
• Harmoniously integrates the functions of the business, blending friction into greater energy for the company as a whole

The voice of reason

• Filter the ideas of the Visionary to eliminate barriers, hurdles, and stumbling blocks for the leadership team

• Leadership experience
• Business plan and/or budget development and maintenance
• Microsoft computer application competence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the sport of Soccer
• Willing to relocate
• Coaching experience
• Previous Integrator / EOS experience
• Familiarity with Mac products and operating systems
