The Position

The Senior Director of Cardiology will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective functioning and continuous improvement of the Cardiology Department's activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this leader will provide oversight for three direct reports. The Senior Director will support structural heart, Cath, and EP programs while contributing to a long-term strategic plan that may include developing a dedicated heart center as part of the Centennial vision. The role also includes advancing service line alignment across the system, including heart failure clinics and structural heart programs. The ideal candidate will have prior Director-level experience in a comparable setting. A strategic mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively across all departments will be essential for success. This role requires regular travel to satellite offices.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business is required.

Active RN required.

At least five years of leadership experience within a multi-system healthcare environment is essential.
