Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and executive team. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excels in communication across teams and locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain office supplies, including snacks, stationery, and other essentials.

Coordinate with Facilities for ad-hoc tasks such as repairs, space arrangements, and office maintenance.
 -  
Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
 -  
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
 -  
Assist with organizing team events, meetings, and other office activities.
 -  
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay Details: $60.00 per hour
