Job Title: Events Specialist
Location: Carlsbad, San Diego
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Events Specialist to join our clients team in Carlsbad. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate and community events that align with our company's goals and brand image. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all aspects of events, including vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution
  
• Perform data entry and administrative functions
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with company initiatives
  
• Oversee event marketing, including invitations, social media promotion, and branded materials
  
• Manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met
  
• Provide on-site support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience
  
• Track event performance, gather feedback, and provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of event planning or coordination experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with event management software a plus
  

Working Hours:

• Full-time
  
• Onsite
  
• Monday- Friday
  
• 8:00am - 5:00pm PST, will go to events occasionally up to 8:30pm
  

Position Details:

• Location: Located in Carlsbad, San Diego
  
• Contract to hire role
  
• Compensation: $24.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
