Events Planner

Our client, a dynamic leader in the events industry, is seeking an Events Planner to join their team. As an Events Planner, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Plan and execute events that support the goals of the enterprise.
• Ensure successful execution of events from start to post-event evaluations.
• Direct logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support, and pre- and post-event evaluations.
• Research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved upon.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in an event planner-oriented position.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing all phases of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be available to travel as needed.
