Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Shift – 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Unit: Obstetrics Delivery – BEV (CC_2021_31080)

Position Overview:

Seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week night shift travel assignment at Beverly & Addison Gilbert Hospitals. The role requires strong experience in labor & delivery, comfort in the OR setting, and the ability to work every other weekend.

EPIC charting experience is mandatory. This is a high-acuity unit requiring confident, experienced clinicians.

Certifications Required:

Active Massachusetts RN License (must be active at time of submission)
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (preferred)
NRP (preferred)

Experience Required:

Minimum 5+ years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred
Experience in high-volume L&D units strongly preferred
EPIC charting experience is required
OR experience preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in labor support, delivery, postpartum, and fetal monitoring
Ability to respond to OB emergencies
Comfortable circulating in the OR (preferred)
Excellent communication in high-pressure settings

Facilities: Beverly Hospital & Addison Gilbert Hospital
Shift: Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM)
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
On-call: Not required
Local Radius Rule: Locals not accepted (must be outside 50-mile radius)
Return Policy: Cannot have worked at any Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) facility in any role (perm, PRN, or travel) within the past 6 months
