Estimator/Project Manager (Demolition)

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager (Demolition) to join one of the nation's leading demolition and abatement firms. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for demolition projects including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to define scope and create competitive proposals.
• Manage awarded projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Conduct site visits to track progress, enforce quality and safety standards, and resolve issues.
• Maintain strong client communication and serve as the primary contact for project updates.
• Process change orders, invoices, and project reports while monitoring profitability.
• Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership for seamless execution.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations.

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years as an Estimator/Project Manager (Demolition) (10+ preferred).
• Experience with industrial demolition (power plants, mills, refineries) is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
