A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a motivated Estate Planning Attorney with 2-10 years of experience to join their growing practice. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, collaborative culture, and long-standing reputation in estate planning and trust administration.

A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a motivated Estate Planning Attorney with 2-10 years of experience to join their growing practice. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, collaborative culture, and long-standing reputation in estate planning and trust administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and related matters
- Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
- Handle probate and trust administration cases
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide counsel with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 2-10 years of estate planning and probate experience
- Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently
- Experience with complex estate planning strategies and high-net-worth clients
- Probate litigation exposure (a plus, not required)
- Client-facing experience and an interest in business development
