Responsibilities

• To implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Cadance skills.
• Knowledge of the Epic Cadance EMR software, operations and workflow, and work closely with the project team\'s clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality.
• Epic Cadance knowledge and should have prior experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations.
• Work with clinics to identify gaps, provides mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.
• Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic integration application systems.
• Works with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
• Troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to the prevailing issues.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience
• Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Epic experience
• Strong hands-on implementation experience in Cadence
• Cadence Epic certification is must
• Strong understanding of Cadence workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy
• Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans scope and timelines
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of clients, team members, managers, and vendors.
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Tapestry experience
• Bachelor\'s or Associate\'s Degree

Compensation and Location

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
