We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. The role involves working in a cleanroom environment to assemble catheters designed to prevent aneurysms in the brain. Candidates will primarily work with microscopes and small hand tools to assemble intricate components like coiling wire and small tubing.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small parts using a microscope and small hand tools.
• Ensure high-quality assembly of catheters in a cleanroom setting.
• Adhere to strict attendance policies, allowing only one absence and one late within the first 90 days.
• Maintain good relationships and communication within the cleanroom while ensuring quality and productivity.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Proficiency in using small hand tools.
• Experience in cleanroom or manufacturing environments is highly desired.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Open to entry-level candidates who can pass the hand assessment test.
• Willingness to work long hours, including 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Additional Information:

• Monday through Saturday working 3:30pm to 12:00am (midnight)
• Mandatory overtime
• Need to be open to working up to 10-12 hour days Monday-Friday and 8 to 10 hours on Saturdays. This won't be all the time but the definitely need to be prepared and open to it.
• The managers will post the Saturday schedule on Wednesdays. Any requests for Saturdays off need to be requested before the schedule is posted on Wednesday. If requested after Wednesday, then Saturday will be mandatory for them and considered an unexcused absence if missed.

Job Type & Location:

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
