Entry-Level Mammography Technologist

As part of the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic family, you will work within a multi-specialty clinic renowned for its coordinated and accountable care. Make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality services that drive patient satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography and DEXA studies, ensuring that all images are of the highest quality and comply with departmental protocols.
• Utilize advanced radiology equipment upon physician orders and maintain a thorough understanding of radiation safety.
• Foster patient comfort and provide excellent communication throughout the imaging process.
• Complete required training and contribute to quality assurance measures within the clinic.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (R)(M) certification or eligibility to obtain ARRT(M) within one year.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Completed 40 hours of mammography training approved by ARRT and 25 supervised exams.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mammography and/or X-Ray.
