Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Experience

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Altera Digital Health a Harris Company is preferred from any number of months.
  

Requirements

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request
Return traveler Status. Previous perm staff must be gone 1 year in order to return as a traveler
Labs: Clinicians must be available to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan in place for completion in that timeframe.
Hard document due date: Thursday 2pm CST prior to start. May be flexible on a case-by-case basis if CL communicates pending docs/ETAs to facility contact by doc due date.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear Yes or No response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
