Entry-Level Mammography Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize specialized equipment to perform mammographic imaging under the supervision of licensed professionals.
• Conduct Mammography and DEXA studies while adhering to departmental protocols and compliance standards.
• Possibly engage in varied technical or non-technical duties as approved by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Completion of 40 hours of mammography training approved by ARRT and 25 supervised exams.
• ARRT (R)(M) certification or eligibility to obtain ARRT(M) within one year.
• MRT-General Certificate and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years in mammography or 1+ year of experience in X-Ray or SCNB at Kelsey-Seybold.

Compensation for this role ranges from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other incentives to support your quality of life.
