In our 1:1 ABA setting, you will work hands-on with children (ages 18 months to 8 years) employing ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive, center-based environment. With exceptional supervision, ongoing training, and a passionate team, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact every day!

As a Behavior Therapist, you will:

• Implement tailored ABA therapy principles to assist children with Autism in achieving their full potential. This includes reviewing treatment plans, applying techniques, collecting data, and writing notes, alongside feedback from your supervisor.
• Facilitate developmental growth in children through engaging and enjoyable therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with a cohesive team to enhance treatment effectiveness, ensure safety, and promote an enjoyable working environment.
• Engage with children through playful activities such as dancing, reading, and interactive play to maintain high energy and foster a joyful atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including peers and families, to coordinate activities and celebrate achievements.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move children weighing up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, and move quickly in a high-energy environment to ensure safety and engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment across play spaces to enhance the therapeutic experience for children.
• Multitask effectively in balancing various responsibilities while prioritizing the safety and needs of everyone involved.
• Work harmoniously with your team, supporting nearby centers as needed.
• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED.

Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment, which includes completing training, demonstrating competency, registering, and passing the exam.
