Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager will play a crucial role in the development and execution of construction projects. You will be responsible for building estimates, sending quotes to suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for bid proposals, maintaining cost data, estimate records, and bid documents. Additionally, you will assist in creating budgets and schedules to align the team to project goals and support post-award documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build estimates for construction projects.
• Send quotes to suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for bid proposals.
• Maintain cost data, estimate records, and bid documents.
• Develop budgets and schedules to align the team with project goals.
• Assist in post-award documentation, including contract review, insurance, and bonding requirements.
• Assist in material and supply purchases, including developing material lists and purchase orders, and verifying shop drawings.
• Prepare work orders, shop drawings, and layout sheets.
• Assist in the creation of a detailed project plan, including target schedules and daily implementation plans.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
