As our Enterprise Project Manager, you’ll build and evolve project management capabilities across the company, ensuring strategic alignment, consistent execution, and scalable processes. You’ll be the driving force behind our most critical initiatives—streamlining operations, mentoring leaders, and delivering results that shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee post‑acquisition integration programs (M&A), ensuring seamless transitions and cross‑functional alignment.
• Lead enterprise‑wide project portfolios aligned with strategic priorities and business goals.
• Develop scalable project management frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Drive successful greenfield market launches, leading the planning, execution, and stabilization of 10+ new locations, with continued growth projected into 2026 and beyond.
• Partner with senior leaders to scope, prioritize, and resource high‑impact initiatives across departments.
• Promote transparency and collaboration through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.

What This Role Is Not

• This is not a technical PM role—no software development or IT/engineering oversight is required.
• The focus is on operational execution and coordination, not product or systems implementation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience, including 3+ years in enterprise‑level or PMO leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or advanced certification (PMP, PgMP).
• Experience standing up or scaling a PMO in a mid‑to‑large size organization.
• Proficiency in Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar portfolio management tools.
• Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Background in organizational design, change enablement, or cultural integration.
• Financial and operational acumen in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.

Salary

$150,000 – $175,000 a year

Location

Fulton, MD (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week onsite)
