Engineering Manager

Designs enterprise architecture (EA) to enable strategic or tactical transformations through informed decision-making at any level of an enterprise to support governance, future growth, adaptability, optimization, innovation, and modernization initiatives such as cloud or digital solutions. Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple initiatives and scrum teams
• Experience with developing and supporting an automation-first culture
• Experience in creating, understanding, and promoting comprehensive documentation
• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and processes
• Ability to manage software development projects down to the technical requirements
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to various audiences
• Ability to mentor team members on the value and best practices of maintaining clear, up-to-date, and impactful documentation
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based solution development
• Experience collaborating effectively with external teams and partnerships

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
