Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant

Opportunity Highlights

• Position is Hybrid of outpatient and ER responsibilities
• Currently seeking a BE/BC Advanced Practitioner interested in both rural medicine and traditional practice settings
• Schedule would be 3 days in the clinic and 1, 24-hour shift in ER
• No weekends!
• Stable and finically sound organization that provides general medicine and surgical care for inpatient, outpatient and emergency room patients
• Low patient volume; average: 0-3 inpatients/14 outpatients
• EMR
• Hospital has a comprehensive lab and a full range of imaging services
• ICU 55 miles away
• Very competitive salary with 5% sign on bonus with a full and comprehensive benefits package including significant loan packages where hospital will take over majority of balance
• Small, cozy and friendly mountain town with safe neighborhoods and low cost of living Beautiful area with ideal climate and an abundant amount of recreational activities including skiing, fishing, camping, boating and golfing
