Highlights Of The Position

Shared coverage across four regional hospitals, including a Level I Trauma Center and a Critical Access Level IV Trauma Center
Seamless patient transfers via on-site helipad, fully-integrated Epic EMR, and tele-neurology support
Robust in-house consulting services with 24-hour OB and radiology, plus access to 16 specialty consult services
Flexible staffing model accommodating days, nights, and rotating shifts

Compensation & Benefits

Choice of $100,000 starting bonus or $200,000 student loan repayment
272 hours of PTO (approx. 34 days) with annual bonus eligibility
Comprehensive insurance: medical, dental, vision, disability, malpractice (with tail)
Retirement plan with matching and age-based contributions
Licensure and DEA renewal fee support
$10,000 referral bonus for hired physician referrals
Salary range: commensurate with experience
