We are actively seeking EMT Basic, EMT Advanced, Paramedic, LVN, or LPN professionals to work in our Plasma Donation Center. Your license and experience will determine your competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations and gather medical histories to assess donor suitability.
• Build positive relationships with donors for improved customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality for donors and staff.
• Inform donors about potential health risks.
• Provide education on general health and follow up on unacceptable test results.
• Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events.
• Review health history and medications to confirm ongoing donor eligibility.
• Support employee training initiatives.
• Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program.

Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English. Must hold a current certification or license as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT in the state of employment. CPR certification is also required.

Desired Attributes:

• Ability to perform tasks sitting or standing for several hours.
• Physical agility to bend, twist, and move frequently.
• Strong hand-eye coordination for precise movements.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform light lifting regularly.
• Good hearing acuity and vision corrective to 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with an ability to follow instructions.
• Capable of handling varying tasks and changing environments with ease.
