Position Overview:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll operate sophisticated semiconductor-processing equipment and contribute to critical fabrication processes including photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and metrology. This is a hands-on role in a high-tech, fast-paced environment with strong career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual and computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality goals
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain complex machinery for optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to process wafers and optical components
• Use software tools to monitor performance and make process adjustments
• Follow strict quality control procedures and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Multitask and support additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to stand for extended periods (35 hours) and perform light lifting
• Strong manual dexterity and microscope experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt to complex machinery and processes

Preferred Experience:

• Prior cleanroom manufacturing experience
• Background in electronics assembly or semiconductor processing

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $22$29/hr based on experience and interview performance
• Shift Differentials: +5% for day shift, +15% for night shift
• Guaranteed Overtime: 8 hours every other week
• Bonus Opportunity: Up to 7% if company hits revenue targets
• 401(k) Match: Up to 6% company contribution
• Healthcare Support: Half of insurance deductible covered by employer

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 6am-6pm
  • A: SunTues + alternating Wed
  • B: ThursSat + alternating Wed
• Night Shift: 6pm-6am
  • C: SunTues + alternating Sat
  • D: WedFri + alternating Sat

Work Environment:

• Full cleanroom gear ("bunnysuit") required
• Handling of chemicals (acids, bases, solvents) with full PPE
• Cleanroom conditions maintained with specialized garments
• Onsite cafeteria and breakroom with snacks and lunch options
• Three 30-minute breaks per shift; flexible lunch scheduling

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Breinigsville, PA.
