Electronic Assembler

Join our dynamic team to assemble unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for Department of Defense customers. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform electrical wiring and testing of products to ensure functionality and quality.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed.
• Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks for traceability.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Valid US passport.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical certifications or relevant vocational training in electro-mechanical systems.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse/production environment with dedicated workstations. The position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr. Medical, vision, dental, PTO

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Stafford, VA.
