Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electronic Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be part of the technical support department, supporting electrical and automation systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Technician

Location: Alcoa, TN

Pay Range: $35-45

Shift: Swing shift

What's the Job?

• Perform PLC programming and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams accurately
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
• Support ongoing projects related to electrical systems and automation
• Work on a 12-hour alternating day schedule, capable of working day or night shifts

What's Needed?

• Basic experience or willingness to learn electrical troubleshooting and PLC programming
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work on a 2-2-3 or 5-2 schedule, including night shifts
