Electrical Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial and industrial electrical projects. This role is responsible for managing working electrical foremen and electricians, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical foremen and field crews.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and electrical codes (NEC, local codes).
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain project schedules and resolve field issues.
• Conduct daily job site walks to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Review and interpret blueprints, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Manage material deliveries, tool/equipment needs, and workforce allocation.
• Enforce safety protocols and lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Track and report on labor productivity, material usage, and project milestones.
• Assist in planning look-ahead schedules and coordinating inspections.
• Mentor and develop foremen and electricians to support career growth and performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial electrical systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and complex installations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
