Project Manager/Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will utilize project management methods and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects using estimates, plans, and project management methods.
• Track project documentation such as RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals, and Transmittals.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and tools.
• Communicate directly with clients and contractors to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with the owner and office staff to schedule jobs and assign electricians.
• Provide support to field electricians to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Estimate and propose change orders, managing these with clients.
• Conduct site visits and communicate with project estimators.
• Participate in regular meetings with office staff and lead electricians.
• Monitor each project for quality assurance to deliver as promised.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $52.88/hr.
