Electrical Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanical Assembler to perform mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies of products. The role ensures quality, reliability, productivity, and timely shipments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various detail parts into semi-complex assemblies using different techniques.
• Work from detailed blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and similar documents.
• Perform electrical circuitry wiring and assemble cables and harnesses.
• Position and align components in specified relationships within devices and machines.
• Join or secure parts using hand tools, presses, machines, and other equipment.
• Utilize various measurement instruments to perform assembly processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience with soldering, mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Skilled in using power tools and hand tools.
• Capability in performing electrical wiring tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Level 1: Vocational or high school diploma/GED with 1 year of related experience or training.
• Level 2: Vocational or high school diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience or training; trade school certificate preferred.
• Level 3: Educational requirements per Level 2 or high school diploma with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Work Environment

The role operates on the 1st shift from 6am to 2pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
