Location: Denver, CO

A multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead its Colorado-based electrical engineering team. This is a senior-level opportunity for a licensed engineer who is ready to take ownership of technical excellence, build and mentor a Denver team, and collaborate across disciplines in a dynamic, integrated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use developments
• Serve as the technical authority on MEP systems design
• Review and oversee calculations, drawings, and construction documentation
• Supervise and mentor PEs, EITs, and junior engineers
• Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery
• Contribute to QA/QC processes and help refine internal design standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
• PE license (Colorado or ability to obtain quickly)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP engineering with a strong design portfolio
• Proficiency in Revit and other MEP design software
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Dedication to quality design, mentorship, and client satisfaction

Compensation and Benefits

• Target base salary: $110,000 to $150,000, based on experience, education, and regional background

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $130.00/hr.
