Electrical Engineer I

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer I to set up electrical equipment and support the design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic components and systems. You’ll begin with small-scale assembly tasks like PCBs and circuit boards, progressing to full system testing as you grow in the role. Working closely with a team of 5–6 engineers, you’ll set up and evaluate electrical tests, conduct design verification, and provide feedback to improve product performance. This lab-based role also includes documenting procedures and results, resolving prototype issues, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to support engineering needs. You’ll help communicate project status, refine specifications, and uphold quality standards.

Skills and Requirements

  Bachelor's degree in electrical, Biomedical or Computer Engineering Degree

  Foundational understanding of board-level circuits - Familiar with LabView

  n
n

 - Experience using standard electronic test equipment: oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies

• Experience with bench-level test execution
