Electrical CAD Drafter for Plant Engineering

Are you a motivated and skilled Electrical CAD Drafter looking to make an impact? Join our Plant Engineering team at Lincoln Electric in Euclid, where you will be instrumental in supporting engineering projects and enhancing our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Electrical Plant Engineers to create and modify electrical drawings.
• Update and revise drawings to meet maintenance requirements.
• Collaborate with Common Services Electrical Fabrication and Construction to provide accurate electrical drawings.
• Document existing production and facility equipment.
• Maintain and update electrical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Assist the Electrical CAD Administrator with the development and upkeep of templates, schematics, symbols, panel footprints, and parts libraries.
• Support training initiatives for CAD users and contribute to the development of training content.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to align with the company's objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and MS Office.
• Comprehensive understanding of drafting standards and practices in electrical drafting.
• Unwavering commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills in interpersonal, verbal, and written forms.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple assignments.
