Our client, a leading innovator in the aerospace and drone manufacturing industry, is seeking a drone assembly technician to join their team. As a drone assembly technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of advanced autonomous drones. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $25hr

Shift: 6am- 2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble small, complex mechanical components with precision and care
• Follow detailed assembly documentation and verbal/written instructions accurately
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Use software tools to test, track, and communicate production-related information
• Proficient at soldering

• Open-minded and enthusiastic about hands-on technical tasks
• Proficient at soldering
• Proficient in assembling intricate mechanical parts
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks consistently
• Strong communication skills to share ideas and troubleshoot issues
• Reliable work ethic with a focus on quality and safety
