What You’ll Do

• Conduct topographical, boundary, and as-built surveys with precision and care

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers on construction layout efforts

• Draft detailed plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Research land records to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Manage survey data uploads/downloads and maintain organized documentation

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Experience drafting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
