AutoCAD Draftsman Engineer

This department is responsible for the production and editing of shows recorded at the CBS Broadcast Center in NYC. We support all broadcast systems including audio, video, control systems and IP infrastructure as it relates to broadcast specific equipment. We interact with vendors for both support and procurement.

Required Skills & Experience
- Studios and Post-Production Drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drawings - 2D
- Interfacing with Broadcast Engineers to develop drawings from scratch and modify existing drawings to reflect as-built status.
- Coordination with CBS Maintenance department to document and retain drawing numbers adhering to CBS standards.
- Familiarity with broadcast equipment and basic connectivity.
- 3 year's experience with 2D AutoCAD
- On-site NYC 2x a week
