Job Responsibilities & Duties

You will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Leading by example is essential. You must adhere to all policies and procedures consistently and expect the same from your team. Responsibilities include scheduling, ordering, training, and hiring staff. A profit-sharing bonus is available based on controlling costs within set goals.
