LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Medical Lab Technician Manager for a local contract job in Bandon, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Requirements / Qualifications:

Doctoral degree in laboratory science.
Minimum 2 years of training in high complexity testing.
Minimum 2 years directing or supervising high complexity testing.
Successful completion of a National Certification Examination.
Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory equipment.
Epic experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional service orientation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online software.

Certifications / Compliance:

Must meet CLIA 88 requirements.

Staffing / Work Environment:

24-hour laboratory service.
Typical staffing: 6 techs and 4 lab tech assistants.
