Our client, a leading organization in document management and processing, is seeking a Document Prep. Associate to join their team. As a Document Prep. Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Imaging Production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Document Prep. Associate

Location: Jessup, MD

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 06:15 AM - 02:45 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform seated document preparation tasks, including reviewing and organizing documents
• Remove staples, paper clips, and other fasteners from documents with care and precision
• Straighten bent corners or folded pages to ensure documents lay flat
• Return documents to cartons in the original order after processing
• Maintain a focus on accuracy and attention to detail throughout the shift

• Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform repetitive seated tasks and reach as needed
• Presentable and appropriate attire for a professional environment
• Willingness to work a consistent schedule, with possible evening or third shifts depending on assignment
