As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will be responsible for driving a great shopping experience for our omni channel customer by selecting merchandise from the selling floor, packing, and shipping customer orders with care and attention to detail. You will also assist with customer pick-up and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Deliver customer service excellence: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance. Take the time to understand their concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience.

Picking and packing: Select merchandise from the selling floor and apply packing policies & techniques to ensure every customer receives their package in good condition; process shippable returns and abandoned in-store pickup orders.

Conduct customer pick-up: Retrieve orders from our back-of-house storage and deliver them curbside to the customer; monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders.

Support other teams: Assist other teams as needed in areas such as unloading and processing new merchandise based on its type, size, or category.

Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve department goals, fostering a supportive and positive work environment. Share insights, offer assistance proactively, and address challenges early to keep operations running smoothly.

Customer service: Create connection with customers, help the store achieve sales goals, and participate in sales-boosting events.

Technology: Effectively use digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.

Interpersonal skills: Create a welcoming, friendly environment for customers and colleagues, fostering meaningful conversations and connections.

No education or experience required.

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics.

Ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.

Self-starter; able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.

Must be able to:

• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English

This position requires lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision. Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.
