About the Role

KPMG is seeking a Director, Workday Financials for our Consulting practice. This is a leadership position within our fast-growing Advisory practice, focused on delivering strategic ERP solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Workday Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity, including FDM and Chart of Accounts design.
2. Manage key client relationships, project delivery, and consulting on best practices.
3. Oversee daily activities of ERP Advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
4. Supervise and manage staff working on engagements.
5. Ensure engagements comply with KPMG's financial and cost management policies.

Qualifications

1. At least eight years of ERP experience, specifically in Financials implementation and upgrades related to FDM.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
3. Completion of a full Workday Financials implementation and Workday certification in Financials or Integration (candidates without certification must obtain it within three months of employment).
4. Strong verbal, analytical, and writing skills.
5. Deep understanding of ERP system concepts and modules.
6. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
